The Modern Queer strives to feature LGBTQ+ melanated people from Flint, Michigan, the United States, and worldwide. From racism issues within the queer community, laws, relationships, living life on the down-low, religion, and more, we explore the intersectionality of queerness authentically and candidly. The Modern Queer highlights a diverse collection of young to old individuals and endeavors to give platform, visibility, and inspire change. We aim to tell unspoken stories and redefine what it means to be queer in the modern world.
